We love creating a space for you to call home! We take pride in our work and our final product. A step above the rest.
We are a Husband and Wife team, Brian and Denise, that created Country Roads Properties when we moved to South Carolina about 7 years ago. Brian ran a Large Estate for 27 years as well as a Horse Farm in Palm Beach Florida. We both have had experience in designing and remodeling a few houses in Florida. I handle the layout and design. Brian handles the construction side of things. I have also done some interior decorating in the past. We moved to South Carolina because we wanted to get out of Florida and be in the Mountains again. We researched several areas in South Carolina. When we visited the Greenville area, we absolutely fell in love. We feel like this has always been home to us. We began flipping houses, started two Vacation Rentals, then partnered with a local Builder and began new home builds. Together, combining our experiences, we are able to bring you a semi custom designed house. Not a typical cookie cutter like you see every day. None of our houses are designed exactly alike. A lot of thought goes into the layout and design of each house. This includes tiles, floors, cabinets, etc., which are all taken into consideration to give you an unique, one of a kind home to call your own.
